Stuff Men Should Know

There should be a class in school called Women 101 and it should be a mandatory course.  In this section, you will find the current curriculum if I was to be your professor.  Just call me Dr. Kim but my PHD stands for Piled Higher and Deeper.  Remember, I am not a doctor or a psychologist; this is just stuff I have learned and want to share with your poor sods so you don’t get yelled at for bringing home that big purple dildo. How to Make it Better for a Woman

Sometimes it takes a women longer to reach an orgasm than it does for a man.  We are just built differently and our sensitive parts need different stimulation.

Sex is not just penetration.  If a couple takes the time to enjoy foreplay prior to the actual experience, love making is more enjoyable and the female will likely enjoy orgasm sooner. Simultaneous orgasm is delightful but often the stress of timing can get in the way.  Rather than focusing on the how long it is taking or how long you can last, concentrate on your partners delight.  Take the time for oral play.  Touch, kiss and fondle.  Hundreds of books have been written on the subject.  Grab one next time you are in Shadoe Intimates and read out loud to each other.  Another form of foreplay.

Delaying his orgasm to be more in time with yours can be achieved using any of the following methods. Bringing him close to orgasm and then slowing down or stopping movement all together before he ejaculates while he pays attention to how each of these movements feels will help him train himself to have better control of his orgasmic experience. Many men are more sensitive especially if they have kept their penises tucked up in tight undies most of their lives. Touching, kissing and holding his penis will make him less sensitive.  Alternately, by pressing a the base of his penis for several seconds you can delay his orgasm.

Clear the room of distractions.  Make lovemaking fun but if you need to plan it around family or other obligations, make it a DATE.  When was the last time you took your partner out on an actual date? Ring the doorbell with flowers in your hand and see how far you get down the drive……..

The most important advice I have ever given to my customers is to communicate.  Talk, touch, and most importantly LISTEN. 

Remember, sex is not just in the bedroom.  Keep the flames kindled all the time.  A touch while your partner is grinding the coffee in the morning could lead to the best moments in your relationship. 

Talk to each other about what you like and what you don’t like.  If you like making love in the great outdoors, go camping but take a comfortable air mattress along.  Nothing spoils fun like a rock in the small of your back.  Pain can be a good thing but that is a different topic.  If you are bear skin rug in front of the fireplace, tell each other.  Don’t guess.  Ask. Cock Rings

 There are a few things that you need to know about cock rings.  They come in all sizes and have two purposes. 
The first reason to use a cock ring is to maintain an erection.  Men may suffer from erectile dysfunction for any number of reasons.  Health issues such as prostrate cancer, diabetes or simply age. The purpose of a cock ring in this case is to prolong the erection.    These rings are designed to be worn around the base of the penis and keep the blood from flowing out causing engorgement.  While the blood is not flowing out blood may still be flowing in so be cautious.  If you send to much blood in and nothing comes out you will feel discomfort.  All manufactures of these devices suggest that you only use them for a short period of time, usually 20 minutes max.  Using them longer than this can permanently damage the small capillaries in the penis.  Once damaged, they take a very long time to repair if ever.  Most rings have small rings or handles on the sides to release them or allow the blood to flow out.  Use them. Please remember not to use a cock ring if they cause discomfort or for longer than the 20 minutes. It is also a good idea to use a bit of lube on them to make them easier to remove.

The second is more fun for her.  You can get rings that vibrate or that are passive.  These have a small ring that goes around the base of your penis and has a protruding part that sits up over the ring. It is designed to hit her clitoris.  They are often made of soft silicone and sometimes have space for a vibrator to insert in them for even more fun.  These are very stretchy and can be worn longer but use common sense and if they cause discomfort.

Penis Pumps

If you have erectile dysfunction or difficulty in achieving an erection due to medical issues like diabetes, prostate cancer or age a pump can help. When properly used, a penis pump is a highly recommended and safe way to get and maintain an erection.
First, apply a small amount of lubricant around the base of your penis. This will increase the comfort and give a better air seal. Another useful tip for increasing the air seal is to trim your pubic hair at the base of your penis. Next, place the cylinder over the penis and allow it to nestle snugly at the base of your penis. Pump the air out of the cylinder with the hand pump so that a vacuum is created. Do this slowly so blood vessels do not erupt. This process should not hurt. If you feel any discomfort stop using the penis vacuum pump. The vacuum that you have created draws blood into the penis, forcing it to become erect. Continue pumping the air out slowly and consistently until your penis becomes erect. Once your penis is fully erect, stop pumping and leave the penis pump in place for about 5 minutes to engorge it a little more with blood and then release the air.
Slide a well lubricated cock ring to the base of the penis to help maintain the erection. The cock ring keeps the blood in the penis and prevents it from losing the erection and your erection will last longer.

There are several schools of thought regarding penis pumps to enlarge your penis.  In my opinion and my opinion only, using a pump to enlarge your penis a futile effort.  There are more drawbacks than rewards.  That said, “penis pumps will give you an erection every time you use it by drawing blood into the penis through suction. With regular use, the tissue expands and breaks down repeatedly which may result in a more defined shaft. Just like bodybuilding, patience and proper technique are required before you see permanent results.”  The operative words here are break down.  If you are not careful, the tissues can be damaged permanently.  Not exactly what you were going for.  I have said it before and will say it again: the only sure fire way to get a larger penis is surgery and that has NO GUARENTEES.
